  • Receive Letters Bi-Weekly

    Your will receive an envelope every two weeks for a total of 26 mailings over the course of the year.

    Each envelope advances the storybuilding anticipation, revealing small truths, and leaving just enough unsaid that you'll find yourself waiting for the next knock of paper against the inside of the mailbox

FAQ

**When does the first letter ship?**
Your first letter will ship on or just after your selected start date, usually within the first week of your chosen month. We’ll send you a tracking link for the first shipment.

**How often do letters arrive?**
We mail two installments every month for twelve consecutive months (24 total). After the tracked first mailing, the remaining letters are sent by regular mail at set intervals.

**Can I start mid‑year?**
Yes! You can choose any month as your start date. We’ll handle the rest.

**Can I gift to someone else?**
Absolutely. Enter the recipient’s shipping address at checkout and your billing address separately. We’ll email a printable gift introduction immediately and schedule their letters to begin on the date you choose.

**How is my order tracked?**
The first package (and any physical add‑ons) ships with tracking. Subsequent letters are delivered by standard USPS mail. Please allow 7‑10 days for arrival.

**What if a letter is lost or damaged?**
If you ever miss a mailing or receive a damaged installment, contact our support team within 30 days and we’ll gladly resend it at no charge.

**How do I change my address?**
Contact us at least two weeks before your next mailing to update your address. We’ll make sure your letters follow you.

**Can I cancel or pause my subscription?**
You may cancel at any time. Cancellations apply to future shipments; already shipped installments cannot be refunded. If you need to pause, please contact us — we can hold your remaining letters until you’re ready to resume.

**Do you offer refunds?**
Because each letter is custom‑printed and mailed, we can’t refund shipped installments. Physical add‑ons may be returned unused within 14 days; digital downloads and vouchers are not refundable. See our Refund Policy for full details.
